How to Prepare for My Vet Visit

At Creekside Veterinary, we know that your pet is a member of your family and receiving medical care when they’re sick is important. This is why we strive to keep our vet fees affordable for all Washington County, Texas families. We accept cash, and credit card for your convenience and payment is expected at the time of service. 

Arrival Policies

Cats, regardless of age for their safety, should be brought in pet carrier to our facility.
Dogs, need to be on leash at all times for their safety and safety of other pets.

New Patient Medical Records

Please bring a copy of your pet's medical / vaccination record to your pet 1st visit. You can have records faxed or emailed to our clinic prior to your visit. Our faxed number is 979-277-9202 and our email address is creeksidevet@yahoo.com. If you preferred we can assist in getting a copy of your pet's records.
